To be sure I have the right states, I checked at random to see what
they are for sure. I came up with Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts,
New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Just in case your use of the phrase 'New England Area' means you need
New York and New Jersey and Delaware and Maryland, I'll include them,
