Did you perhaps try findlaw's excellent list of outlines?

http://stu.findlaw.com/outlines/tax.html

Also the University of Montana has all their old tax outlines online:
http://www.umt.edu/lawinsider/library/exams/corporat.htm

This link directly corresponds to the U. of Miami Corporate Tax
outline:
http://www.jasonhavens.net/LLMstuff/CorpTax.doc

And this is the site I found it originally from:
http://www.jasonhavens.net/EPtools.htm#outlines -- You may have luck
finding other such outlines on this page. Sometimes, as in our
school, Corporate tax is called Business associations, so the
possibilities of your outline finding may increase if you check out
the business associations section of this site.

Hope these are helpful -- I'm hitting finals myself. :)
