I am trying to find any information I can get about a French Style Bean, which was hybridized by my grandfather in Holland after WWII. I am having no luck - likely because my inexperience in searching the Net. Approximately, how much would you charge for such a search? |

You may be misled by the term "french style" bean. In cuisine, "french style" is a method of preparation. That is: green beans that are cut lengthwise. The french term for green beans is "haricot vert" so you might search using that term. Another poplar french bean is the flageolet. I would recommend that you search for info about your grandfather's work first, though, rather than starting with the bean. |
