Snowbunny,
- Did you mean World War I? world War II? Maybe the Sixth, as Sparky
suggests bellow?
- You are asking an awfully lot of questions and information here. You
might want to consider separating these questions into several
questions, since $2 could yield very meager amount of research, if
any.

The questions are from Native American Indians found in the book, Native
American Heritage, third edition, by Merwyn S. Garbarino and Robert F.
Sasso

Snowbunny,

You only puzzled me more ;-)
What do you mean by the book referrence? should the researcher read
the book and answer from it? What is the answer to my prior questions?

I suggest you'll read the FAQ on pricing again, as I'm afraid my fare
to the library to get this book would cost me more than what you offer
to pay: https://answers.google.com/answers/faq.html#howmuch
Answer
There is no answer at this time.

I must have missed WWVI. In fact, I don't recall WWIII, WWIV, or WWV
either. All I can say is "Dude, don't eat the same polka dot mushrooms
I did. I've missed 4 world wars. You'd think I'd have noticed. What a
trip"

/Ah, don't take me seriously.

Interesting question, though.
