Hello arunmal-ga,
I'm assuming that pictures will suffice, and that when you say "for
$10.00", you are referring to the price of the question, not the price
you are willing to spend on books. In any event, you should be able
to find the books in either a large academic library or a library that
has a focus on marine biology. (Please let me know, in a request for
clarification, if you do need assistance in finding them, and if so,
where you are located.)
Perhaps the best resource, if you are able to see or obtain copies of
them, would be the box of "Sea otter dissection photographs" by Lot
Duncan Howard, Jr., at the California Academy of Sciences.

With respect to books, since I can't actually see them on the
Internet, I'll mention several of them, just to be on the safe side.
Volumes I and II of "Functional Anatomy of Marine Mammals", by R.J.
Harrison, (London, New York: Academic Press, 1972+) contain one
chapter each on the sea otter. If that does not have pictures of
internal organs, then they should be in "Handbook of Marine Mammals.
Vol. I: The Walrus, Sea Lions, Fur Seals, and Sea Otter", S.H. Ridgway
and R.J. Harrison, eds. (London: Academic Press, 1981). Another
volume in this series is described as containing "numerous photos of
live and specimen animals, skulls, and anatomical details", so I
presume that Volume I does as well. There is also a report entitled
"Post Mortem Studies of Sea Otters, Enhydra lutris l., in California
(Technical Report No. 30)", by G. Victor Morejohn et al. (California
Department of Fish & Game, 1975). And finally, there are two works on
a particular aspect of otter anatomy, both by L.D. Howard, presumably
the same person responsible for the photographs mentioned earlier, and
both published by the California Academy of Sciences: "Muscular
anatomy of the forelimb of the sea otter (Enhydra lutris)" (December
19, 1973), and "Muscular anatomy of the hind limb of the sea otter
(Enhydra lutris)" (October 3, 1975).
