Any research that would correlate percentage of an IT budget that is
spent on training to success of the project. I know I saw some
research recently that indicated that projects that spent more than
15% of the budget on end-user training were more successful than
projects that spent less. However, I can't find this

Thanks for your help.
How do I contract with you to do some more detailed research? For
example, I would be interested in more data on the training issue.
And I'm also interested in costs associated with the broader topic of
Change Management (which often includes training) but also includes
communication, reengineering, moving people around, etc.

I don't see anything forbidding customers from providing contact info.

Good points = very fast and my researcher found the key references
Weak points = several of the references did not contain pertinent info
and numerous articles repeated the same key piece of research.

I suspect the programers do a better job of making the process user
friendly if the investors make it clear that they will not accept the
usual worthless help materials. Neil
