Any research that would correlate percentage of an IT budget that is spent on training to success of the project. I know I saw some research recently that indicated that projects that spent more than 15% of the budget on end-user training were more successful than projects that spent less. However, I can't find this |

Good points = very fast and my researcher found the key references Weak points = several of the references did not contain pertinent info and numerous articles repeated the same key piece of research. |

I suspect the programers do a better job of making the process user friendly if the investors make it clear that they will not accept the usual worthless help materials. Neil |
