Consider the situation. I have an interview in a City College of San
Fransisco.
The interview is for a position as an instructor in computer and
information science department(graduate level).I need a list of
pedagogical questions for the interview preparation. I need the ones
which are the most recent and will be really helpful for the
interview.

Can you provide me with such a list? please do not give me the links
to web sites which provides the general information. I need the exact
information.

Dear dumdumdiga:

After conducting an extensive online search, I have found only two
pedagogical interview questions related the information science. This
is probably due to the rather vague encompassment of that field.
However, here are some sample interview questions I have found online
for computer science positions:

The two questions related to information science are from Temple
University:
COMPUTER INFORMATION SCIENCE

How would you explain relational databases if I were not computer
literate?
Describe telecommunications protocols.
http://www.sbm.temple.edu/cspd/successful-interviews.html

On the computer science front, I have had better luck:

Cambridge has a good list of such questions for computer science, but
it is no longer available locally at their own server. I have linked
to the Google Cache instead:

A site by Aridam on Geocities offers a lot of C++/C related computer
science interview questions, with well explained answers:
http://www.geocities.com/alibagcity/articles/cppint.html

CP Universe.com also offers a long list of C++/C related computer
science interview questions, with answers:

well, I am not looking for interview questions, such as C++ or JAVA
programming questions which I can easily find on any good website.

I am looking for general but specific pedagogical questions for the
described kind of interview scenario. May be somebody's experience
with such kind of interview or questions asked to someone in such kind
of interview would help.

Once again I am not looking for any computer science questions.

Dear dumdumdiga:

Could you be a bit more specific on what you are looking for? What do
you mean by "general but specific" pedagogical questions?

By pedagogical, do you mean that you are looking for interview
questions for teaching and/or instructor related positions?

Best Regards,
blader-ga

Geez, dumdumdiga! That was harsh! Blader gave you a TON of good
info, and yet you still gave him only one star. That's really going
to hurt his 'Researcher' status.

dumdumdiga, maybe if you learned how to speak english he would be able
to figure out what you were asking. If you get that job, I feel sorry
for any student who ends up in a class with a retard like you.

Love,
AmishAvenger
