Hi mysha,

You can go to CNET's download site to find free (as well as "free to
try") software.

Download.com
http://download.com.com/2001-20-0.html

If you search in Downloads for "pop-up", you'll find many programs to
compare. You can sort the programs by operating system and license
(free or free-to-try), among other options, by scrolling to the bottom
of the screen. You can also sort them by other parameters such as
user rating or number of downloads. And you can click on the results
to get more information and to download the program you want to try.

Results of search in Downloads for: pop-up

I hope you find what you're looking for!
