If you did pay by credit card, your best bet is probably to call the credit card company. Finding the folks who owe you a DVD will likely be long and arduous, whereas calling the CC company and telling them that charge is fraudulent is pretty painless, and they'll go after the Virginians for you. Unfortunately, $50 was until fairly recently a standard minimum liability for fraudulent charges - I'm just starting to see companies advertising 0 liability. Best of luck - maybe some other Researcher can find these guys for you. -Haversian P.S. If you could provide more information, such as where you ordered the DVD, that would help! |

Sinplest solution - dispute the credit card charge. The $50/$0 liability shouldn't be an issue. It's not a fraudulent charge, it's a merchant who never delivered the merchandise. You despute it, give them any info you have, they ask the merchant for proof of delivery. If you haven't received the item, then there is no POD, and your charge is reversed. |

This is a good example of why we should not order merchandise from someone we never heard of, no matter how low the price. :( |
