Hi,

I live in the UK and am looking for a specific T-shirt that I would
like to purchase from a UK retailer - It must be a UK based retailer ...

The T-shirt in question is quite
common, and has the slogan "three second memory" and shows three (or
one can't remember) fish in a row in a cartoon style.  These have been
around for ages, but I'm finding it a bit difficult to search for :-(

You could try "Cult Clothing" in Cambridge (tel. 01223315550) 
Hanna Wallach bought this t-shirt from there a couple of years ago.
