Ray M. Ziegler was an early Philadelphia sports writer. He was an
original member of the Baseball Writers Association of
America(BWAA-1908). After viewing the SS death index, there was one
who could have been him. One listing intrigued me. This person
was:Raymond M. Ziegler, born June 5,1878, died April,1968, in Atlantic
City,NJ 08401.  In order to satisfy this answer, one needs to be able
to access the Atlantic City Press. To either walk into a nearby
library and sitting at a microfilm machine and going through April,
page by page. OR somehow accessing it online. All I need to know is
wheter that person was or was not the early Phil. sports writer.

After viewing the 1920 census, his occupation is listed as
advertising. This leads me to strongly suspects that he is my man. I
merely require his obit from an Atlantic City newspaper to be posted,
which will give his former occupation, and date of death. If it turnes
out he is not my man, you'll still get full credit. Bluestreak
