It is not so I take it it has not been sold in the last 25years, I t
has a runied house and pill box and is the corner plot which the road
intersects, some temporary heavy duty road work like a logging road
has been built within the last 6 months, and not used.

The farm to the west is swanbridge farm,near sully island which has
been converted to several houses, there is a converted pill
box(watching station) just above the property and slightly to the
north east is st marys well caravan park.

I have found out using oldmaps.co.uk that the cottage used to be
called, rock cottage, looking out to ball rock, I am not worried about
planning I just need to find out who owns it, neighbours have no idea.

what might well yield results is if you knew the names of anyone who
might have owned it since 1925, might the neighbours know of someone
who lived there long aog?
