Where can I find a concise assessment of Proctor and Gamble financial
results, after it acquired Clairol, back in 2001/2002?

Manoman --

Are you seeking an analysis of the acquistion?
Or an analysis of P&G's earnings for one of the periods following the acquisition?

Omnivorous...Thanks so much for responding. I guess I'm looking for
both (if possible). An analysis of the acquisition as well as the
financial results after the fact would be "excellent!" (I would
imagine the 1st and 2nd period after the merger would suffice).

Thanks so much for your help and your follow-up.

I'm not sure what to expect at this point.

Much Gratitude!

Manoman --

There are some good sources for analysis of the Clairol acquisition,
though none are really concise financial analyses. This Google search
strategy will turn up dozens of articles:
"Clairol acquisition"

The best sources for what you're seeking are probably in databases
that are fee-based, but which may be available via a library close to
you:
* Standard & Poor's has routine quarterly analyses of P&G
* Investext, an on-line service available from many libraries. Many
of the well-known Wall Street firms have brief analyses on-line

Best regard,
