Hello flicker,

I found a company that makes a stubborn stain remover stick and is
based in the location you give.  The name is not Heddy, but could
rhyme with Heddy.  Let me know if this is acceptable as an answer.

Incidentally, if an ink stain is on clothing, ordinary hairspray will
usually do a good job of removing the stain. The hairspray will come
out in the wash.
