Thanks for your answer. I had searched those websites but the
website addresses of international real estate funding organizations
you had provided to me does NOT provide less than US$ two
million international hotel loans plus international commercial
loans. My requirement is MINIMUM
US$ 100,000 for that purpose. So please provide to me the 'website
addresses' of those international real estate funding organizations
which provide minimum of US$ 100,000 international hotel loans plus
international commercial loans for investment for that purpose.

It seems you have changed the parameters of your original question.
Your initial question mentioned nothing about dollar
amounts
..therefore, I did my research accordingly. Now that you have

I wish I could add some other possibilities. However, now that you
have added additional restrictions, it has lessened the options I can
find online. The companies I reviewed either finance much larger
amounts, or do not mention loan amounts at all.
I hope this helps. I have also noticed that you have several
outstanding questions of a similar nature that have not been answered.
If you have dollar restrictions surrounding these outstanding

Hello Umiat-ga in response to your statement please note that
my requirement( for international commercial property loan) is
100% Loan-To-Value OR greater than 100% Loan-To-Value real
estate mortgage loan for residential resort property purchase in
South America and Europe for investment. Therefore I want to
know that those international real estate funding

mentioned conditions or not and if they provide that

At this point in your question, since you have changed the parameters
so many times, I believe you would be better served by either:
1. Calling the financing companies yourself so they can answer all
your questions.
2. Reposting a very specific question that deals with this very
specific issue.
It is very hard to figure out what a financing company will do for a
client in specific instances with general information over the

Hello Umiat-ga and thanks for your previous help. I am satisfied with
your great help. If you can provide to me a little more clarification
it would give me great encouragement.
In the website address(you had mentioned to me) of
www.aareal-bank.com organization it is written that we are
'international property specialist' and we can provide the financial
services for the "most complex investment projects and finance
requirements throughout every area of property finance". It means
that if I apply to that Aareal bank for purchase of residential resort
property in France and Portugal country for 'investment' then that
Aareal
bank shall be able to provide to me '100% or greater than 100%
loan-to-value mortgage loan' for that purpose. Please "confirm" this
situation so that I shall be able to apply to Aareal bank for that

Aereal Bank does not publicize loan dollar amounts on their website.
It would be unrealistic for me to contact them and discuss "your"
situation, since I am not equipped to do that. I imagine that bank
loan officers will have many questions about your individual situation
that I am not able to answer. Therefore, it would be much better for
you to call and speak to them individually.
While I realize you would like me to "confirm" the loan reality for
you, I cannot imagine a bank agreeing to terms of a loan without
talking to the individual who is actually acquiring the loan.
Depending on indivual situations, each bank will often change their
loan parameters to suit a particular situation.
Therefore, you will be much better served if you contact the bank and
discuss your particular loan details with them confidentially.

I am not sure exactly "what" your new question will entail, but
please be sure that you are very clear, and that you have realistic
expectations about whether a researcher can find the information you
require. In other words, I, as a researcher, am limited to what I can

What I mean is that I do not have the experise to find the types of
companies that meet all the conditions that you have asked for in your
question:
specialized global funding brokerage arranging "fully collateralized
financing in the form of certificate of deposit
OR in the form of MTN(medium term notes)" to pay for ALL OF THE
PROJECT COSTS without any cost to the borrower for purchase of real
estate(including residential real estate) of "minimum" US$ 500,000 or
US$ 1 million for commercial investment
The above mentioned global funding brokerage should also accept
"executive summary" for existing real estate projects for above
mentioned purpose.

To find companies that meet those conditions would take weeks of
research. Do you understand what I mean? I would hardly know where to
start!
