I didn't find anything negative about them on the web. Most credit
card companies will cover you for online rip-offs. 99% of business
that seem honest are honest.

I went to the website with my handy google toolbar, which has the
site's pagerank listed at 0/10, which if my understanding is correct,
is almost impossible to obtain and you can only get a 0 pagerank if
something is truly wrong going on with how the site is promoted or
maintained.

I was also not impressed by the lack of details on the website
regarding their product, sales policies, or contact info.

One other thing. Their lack of attention to detail bothers me as well.

From their site:

"Our Price: $19.95 (List Price: $29.95 you Save 67%)"

clearly, $20 vs $30 is a 33% savings, not a 67% savings.

It seems that the company (Overbreak, LLC) is "a Los Angeles based
product development and marketing company" that runs a few other
sites:
http://www.carbaby.com/
http://www.fonefreetv.com/

Here is the Better Business Bureau's mini-report on the company:

Phone the number given on the website, having a phone contact makes
things a lot safer if it all goes wrong.
