Is it possible to veneer a smooth CONCRETE SLAB with A WOOD VENEER
(ultra-thin slices/sheets of real wood)? If so, how do you
attach/glue the wood veneer to concrete? What type of glue/epoxy/resin? Thank you.

Where is the veneer going? Onto a floor? A wall? A ceiling? This might
make a difference in the preparation method.

Veneer attached to concrete will "delaminate" because of moisture. It
is also almost impossible to make the concrete smooth enough for the
precise bonding required for veneer. You really need to have some sort
intervening surface, e.g., plywood.

This site has hints for applying veneer, but does not recommend
direct application to drywall, plaster walls, concrete walls or
cardboard products, as delamination may occur. Veneer should be
applied to MDF substrate to cover these surfaces.
