I am looking for an online English-Dutch dictionary which includes the
International Phonetic Alphabet pronunciations of the Dutch words.
There is a plethora of online translators but none of them seem to
include IPA pronunciations for the Dutch words. IPA transcriptions use
a standardized set of symbols to represent every sound known in human
language, usually they show up in brackets like [apl] for apple, etc.
Answer
There is no answer at this time.

entschuldigen -

entschuldigung :-) , but you want to try the following site -
http://info.babylon.com/cgi-bin/search.cgi?layout=sr_new.html&cat=6&sort=&nc=2&n=10

Several options, you may have to purchase the Babylon engine (there's
probably a shareware version), and I don't know if any of these
include IPA pronounciation.

thanks,

entschuldigen,

You may have some issues finding IPA (International Phonetic
Association) tranlations due to certain font and platform
restrictions. A system was developed in the early 90's of ASCII
symbols to IPA symbols. You can get information about this standard
at http://www.hpl.hp.com/personal/Evan_Kirshenbaum/IPA/

Try this, I didn't want to download the software to test it, cause I
don't want to uninstall it. One more X;lator link, If you click the
dutch flag it invites you to download. I think it defaults to the same
download link for all languages: http://www.logos.it/lang/transl_nl
