I am interested in finding out information on any available gateways
within the United States capabable of sending ring tones to the AT&T
Wireless, Cingular-USA, and T-Mobile networks (through the Nokia
phones).  Although such gateways are plentiful throughout Europe and
abroad, I have yet to find one within America that has the ability to
send ring tones to these three networks.

If this functionality does not yet exist, please provide information
on the timeline for deployment of these gateways and the status of
interoperability within the three networks I mentioned.

Setting up a gateway on a home computer is an insufficient answer.

Are non U.S. based companies OK? 
I found a company which 'might' satisfy the requirements. - They do
ringtone delivery on ATT and Cingular, and already have provision for
SMS delivery for T mobile, so I need to verify the last on ringtone
delivery. They are a gateway in the sense they provide the delivery
mechanism to ringtone sellers. As you say, gateways are rare and this
was the only one I could find.
