But if nobody can even find me 2001 data (sigh), I'd certainly be
happier having 2000 data than nothing.

Below is a listing of the top 100 retail ecommerce sites.  The
formating isn't very good.  You can see the list in a better format at
http://www.stores.org/archives/00top100int_1.html.  Also, several of
the companies have more than one site.  I removed some for formatting
purposes, but they are all listed at the above website.  The last
number is the revenue generated at these sites in 2000.
