I need a listing (as complete and current as possible) of Amsterdam
advertising agencies.  I am looking for one in particular, called
Kessel Kramer (I don't know if I've spelled it correctly).
If you can, please provide an e-mail contact for the Director of
Account/Client Service for each agency - if you can't get that
specific, any agency contact will do.
Again, the contact info. for Kessel Kramer is the most important, but
I'd like as complete a current listing for Amsterdam advertising
agancies/contacts as you can provide.  Thank you.
