Dear boobbung,
The dedictaion to T.S. Eliot's "The Waste Land" (1922) reads:
For Ezra Pound,
il miglior fabbro.
1. The person to whom the dedication is written is the American poet
Ezra Pound (1885-1972). To find out more about Pound, please follow
this link to a biography and list of his works:

2. While the first part of the dedication, "For Ezra Pound", is
written in English, the second part, "il miglior fabbro", is Italian.
3. The Italian part says: "the better craftsman". This line is a
quotation from Dante Aligheri's (1256-1321) "Divine Comedy" (Purgatory
XXVI,117), where Dante pays tribute to the Provencal (= southern
French) poet Arnaut Daniel as "the better craftsman of the mother
tongue."
