I have a feeling it will be difficult to find a shirt that does not
have the little arch/curve logo over the word "Head."
Have seen a shirt with just the word "Head" and no logo?

it can also have the logo.

Found a polo shirt that comes in small and medium, and a tee shirt
that comes only in large (U.S. size 12-14, bust 38-40).

They have a (barely advertised at all)  outlet store in Columbia, MD
and while it is closed at the moment, you could call tomorrow
(toll-free in the USA)
This may be the wrong office, I think the store is around the corner
but they would definitely know, and may be able to help you.
They often have items not in the stores, or out of season.
