I am looking to contact a company called kanebo in japan, they make a
product called hitecloth.  I want to contact the manufacturer in
japan, not camera stores.  please reply with their email and website
even if the site is in japanese,  they manufacture microfiber cloths.

Just a little more add-on information to assist 
on the contact with Kanebo Go-sen.

The webmaster@fbr.kanebo.co.jp e-mail apparently
goes to the Strategic Sales Office of Kanebo Gosen.

The actual Hitecloth...does not show up on Kanebo Go-sen's
website as an explicit fabric selection.  I think that Hitecloth
is the woven end-product name which may be discontinued
at least in the Japanese market.  There appears to be a follow-on
product called Clausen (not listed on the English website)

The Taiwanese website mentioned in the answer :

of the material used for the Hitecloth fabric.

Which in turn closely resembles Kanebo's Belima-X
