I need a parts distributor carrying (in stock) replacement projection
tubes in green and in red for a Curtis Mathes Projection TV; Model #
FP5220MK; Run# 01; Serial # 58547683; Chassis# W9A-2; Manufactured bw
1992 and 1994. There is also a file number on the tag if that helps
(File# E84848)

There should be some sort of numbering system on the old tubes. If you
can find them, that would be best...but I am still doing research for
you on this.

This is a rather simplistic suggestion, but have you tried calling
Curtis-Mathes directly at 800-270-4535?
