I need information of an real estate project, for instance, office
building, that gives explanation and examples of circumstances that
affects the public (commuinity in the next town, etc.) and the private
sector (other businesses in the area, potential tenants, other office
buildings). Why is the project adjust itself to these external
factors. Giving examples that would apply to Massachussets, would be
preferable.

2 or more page should be adequate.
