Hi there, I notice that a previous answer to this question was not the one you wanted. It was my initial answer as well, but there are doubts involved: Largest Brick Building ---------------------- One website says the "Sheraton is the largest free-standing all brick building in the world" http://www.billingscvb.visitmt.com/press%20releases/ article1.pdf Sheraton, Billings website http://www.starwood.com/sheraton/search/hotel_detail.html?propertyID=356 Unfortunately similar claims appear for other buildings: Ft. Jefferson http://sustainableseas.noaa.gov/missions/florida1/dailylogs/August15_16_history.html Pension Building, Washington http://www.thepostcard.com/walt/pub/detroit/detroit.htm Basilica of Sainte Cecile, Albi http://www.mairie-albi.fr/eng/arthistory/places/stececile/cathedrale.html My answer would have been this, but it no longer exists: World's Largest Antique Farm Tractor Collection ----------------------------------------------- "worlds largest collection of farm machinery" http://www.koa.com/where/printableversions/26104complete.htm "antique tractors, the world's largest collection that runs" http://www.outwestnewspaper.com/oscar.html |
