Is it OK to eat the turkey in my fridge? It has been in there since
Thanksgiving Day. Assume it was well cooked on Thanksgiving, and that
it was stored in reasonably airtight containers (tupperware & ziplock
bags).

Listeria is one of the few foodborne pathogens which can grow at
refrigerator temperatures, and is found in poultry. It's also really
nasty (potentially fatal). So it's probably not a great idea to eat
the turkey cold. But cook it again and it will be fine, as listeria
dies at high temps. Keep the temperature at or above 70C for 15
seconds and you'll be fine.

I knew that food science class would pay off!

Enjoy your turkey,

It might be less cramped if you take it out of the fridge before eating it :)

Thanks for the quick answer. Unfortunately it wasn't quick enough. I
made a great turkey salad out of it and ate it cold. Side effect: a
little diarrhea. But not much! It was a great salad!

In the future I'll know better.
