The questions I would like answered are on 'net billing' pertaining to
the sale of power by wind energy producers.They are 1) Write a plain
language description of net billing 2) Please describe the advantages
and disadvantages of using the net billing system 3) I would like the
list of current states and provinces of North America that have net
billing in effect. 4) What are the strongest arguments that the public
should use to get their local utility to implement net billing.
