I'd heard that there was going to be a turbo four wheel drive VW Bug
coming out but no one seems to know anything about it.  Anyone know
the scoop here? Other interesting model choices? Prices and
availablity?  Any other options I should be interested in?  I'm
looking for a "fun"  third car in which I can speed around with
lowered potential for getting a ticket.  :-)

The turbo Beetle with "4Motion" AWD is the RSI, which apparently is
not yet available as a production vehicle:
