How can I install zsoft381.drv to my computer?

However you don"t seem to understand my problem:

I am using Windows XP Professional:
I have an HP Scan Jet 7450C. I have the latest dirvers for the scanner
"HP Procesion Scan Pro 3.02.
My problem is when I try to Install a program "Photo Explosion
(Deluxe)" I get an error message: "zsoft381.drv not found or not
enough memory".
Can you please help me with my problem, and to install the program?

If what you have is a HP ScanJet IIp, you can get the latest drivers
for it from HP Technical Support (
http://www.hp.com/cposupport/software.html ) by typing in "ScanJet
IIp", or you can find a (quite old DOS version from Christopher
Erickson's homepage ( http://24.237.160.4/files/drivers/hp/scanjet/2p/
).

You can also find a firmware update for the scanner at that page.



The only other thing I can think, base on the limited information you
have provided, is maybe the Photo Explosion (deluxe) software isn’t XP
compatible or isn’t compatible with the 7450c. It isn’t listed as
being included with the scanner, so HP won’t guarantee that they’ll
work with each other.

From the maker of Photo Explosion, there are no mentions in their
support site of this issue. You could ask them about it, though:

Other then that, you may want to post a clarification of your
question, with the following info:

Which Windows XP Pro are you running? Original or SP1?
Have you downloaded the latest drivers for the scanner?
Have you installed all available windows updates?
How much memory do you have?
how much free hard drive space do you have?
What processor does your computer have?
Have you updated the firmware in the scanner?
What version of Photo Explosion (deluxe) are you installing, and how
old is it?
