Hello,

I'm looking to provide a method of prepaid payment for a web service,
the cards would be made available through local retailers in areas of
high charge back occurrences.

These cards would carry a visible serial number and a hidden PIN code
under a scratch area on their back.

The material should be the cheapest possible with two and four color
printing options.

Cards should be wrapped in plastic to protect them as they will likely
be made of paper and should not be damaged easily or tampered with.

The scratch area should be secure enough not be be revealed easily
through common known methods.

I'm looking for an initial 2,500 to 5,000 units.  Later orders would
be based on experience with the initial order.

All art work and PIN codes will be provided.

Supplier should be capable of shipping Internationally.

Source can be in any country that can supply me with cheap units.

Hi again Lizardnation! I miss your questions especially the ones I
could answer. My point of clarification is that, after doing some
preliminary searches, such manufacturers do not show their price list
or even their pricing scheme. Maybe you should have to negotiate with
the price.

Would pointing you to just manufacturers which can ship abroad be
enough as an answer?

Sure has been a while. :-)

Ummm... Fair enough, but that would mean I may need your help with
more choices to allow me to get to a suitable price.  Some from the
east region of the world, probably China and India, along with the US
and Europe.

I have a feeling it wouldn't be worth it for most of them to offer
attractive rates with the current quantities I seek.
