Creative Memories does not appear to be a publicly traded company.
The Antioch Company, the parent company to Creative Memories doesn’t
appear to be a publicly traded company either.

A publicly traded company is one that sells its stock to the general
public. By law, these companies must reveal much more information
about themselves than a privately held company.

Most U. S. companies that are publicly traded must report financial
data to the SEC. Edgar is the free electronic database produced by the
SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).

I checked the Edgar database http://www.sec.gov/edgarhp.htm and there
were no matches for Creative Memories or for the Antioch Company
