Hello flupox14-ga,

Are you specifically looking for a curve as in a plot or some
graphical representation, as opposed to a table of electrical
characteristics?

I have found a source which includes a table of electrical
characteristics.

Would that be an acceptable answer?

Hi flupox14,

The electrical characteristics of the 2N3053 transistor are summarised
in a table available at:

2N3053 Transistor Datasheet
http://www.microelectr.com.hk/datasheet-list/Transistor/2N%20PN/2N3053.tif

This is saved in .tif image format and will open through Windows
Imaging, Paint Shop Pro or whatever imaging software you use. Just in
case you do not have any such software, I have noted the data below.

I hope this answers your question satisfactorily; if not, please
request any clarifications before rating my answer.

Thanks,

mcfly-ga :-)
