Hi, georgeanne --

Past & Present Replacement China currently (as of the time I'm writing
this) has 8 teaspoons available in the Miro pattern.

http://www.PastPresent.net/cy_BuildSearch.asp?sid=260646386&sn=2&tpl=701&svsp1=Stainless&svsp2=All&cpg=1&sp1=Stainless&sp2=Reed+%26+Barton&sp4=Miro&fnd=0901

(If that link doesn't work cleanly, you can go to www.PastPresent.net,
select "Stainless," and then "Reed & Barton," and then "Miro.")

Replacements, Ltd. has 6 teaspoons listed in stock.

http://www.replacements.com/webquote/rdsmir.htm

You can also register with them to get updates on their inventory, as
alex_p mentioned.

Some other sites you might like to try for replacement pieces of china
and flatware:

http://www.chinareplacements.com
http://www.silverwarehouse.com

Neither of these had Miro in stock when I looked, but these sorts of
sites tend to have rapidly changing inventory, so it might be worth
your checking back if you don't find enough spoons at the other two
sites.

I hope this is helpful to you! Good luck finding your spoons.

The first web site was accurate. The 2nd was incorrect. Replacemnts
HAD three teaspoons (6 inches long) YESTERDAY. bY THIS MORNING THOSE
3 WERE ALREADY GONE. They had NO teaspoons by the time Google's
associate researched.

You could try
http://www.replacements.com

You'll have to email them the details, then they will let you know
which pieces they have in stock.
