Most probably you caught a virus and later deleted it. Did you find
any virus in your computer recently?

What happens when you run it? Run it with parameters like "-h", "/?",
"/help", "-v", "1", etc.?

Probably attached to a piece of software that was once installed into
your system, or an old device driver. Search the Config.sys,
autoexec.bat, system.ini, and win.ini to try and find it. If it isn't
there, it is probably located in the registry. If you have Windows
98,ME,XP, run MSCONFIG to check all the programs loading up

If a line does exist in your system.ini, win.ini or even has a black
icon entry in your windows startup folder, check to see if a full path
is listed. That is a damm good source of tracking down what that file
originally belonged to.

Instead of seeing [dcoh.exe] you might see [c:\program
files\oracle\dcoh.exe]. The reason I use the Oracle refrerence is
that dco.exe is a valid executable within Oracle.
