I am looking for videogames to bring to market (publish and distribute). How do I go about finding video games designers/programmers to contact me who seek to bring their original video games to market (commercialize)? |

I would try posting an ad in either a University newspaper or posting flyers at a University Computer Science building. |

The Video Game field is wide open and subject to very new idea's that can and will thrive. Considering I don't think you can contract with and of the big companies such as Sega, EA, or Midway, your best bet would be publish a want ad in a largely distributed national newspaper chain. This would attract people to submit their idea's to you. You could also go to online websites and post a need for a gaming designer. |

See which universities do a degree in computer and video games (such as salford university does). They will be happy to put you in contact with third year students as it will increase their graduate employment rate. Consider advertising on www.gamasutra.com, this is where i look for games jobs. |
