I need to find a few consulting/research firms in India that do statistical
analysis on large datasets to develop Customer Relationship (CRM)
solutions, specifically using SAS. They should be involved in data
manipulation and statistical model building for retention, upsell,
etc...Example - eknowventure.com

InnoCentive is an online portal for solving scientific questions.
Confidentiality and intellectual property are nicely handled. They
have access to more than 20,000 scientists world wide, a large number
of whom are from India. Many disciplines are covered and I think you
can get stat stuff done through them. I believe one can even specify
what subpopulation of "solvers" are to be used (e.g., India). The
"problem" is posted with a
predetermined "award" level (kind of like Google Answers). Scientists
compete (privately and unknown to one another) to solve the problem.
This is a GREAT way to find someone good while minimizing your own
risk since you only pay for the best answer. Once you get a good
solution from someone, you can work with them exclusively if you want.
InnoCentive works mostly with large compmanies (e.g., Dow Chemical
Eli Lilly, Procter & Gamble, Syngenta), but they are starting to work
with smaller companies. Look at their website (www.innocentive.com)
for more information. I do not work for this company so I'm not
trying to sell them. They really are worth looking at. Good luck.
