Hello susie1234:

Thank you for your question. While both these agencies' websites
provide contact addresses to send children's photos for consideration,
neither one provides an "identifiable individual" to send mail to.
They are both quite explicit that sending the photos to the "general"
Children's divisions are the *only* way to proceed.

Would you accept these more general contact details (and links to what
they expect you to send in the way of photos) as an answer?
