enterprises has caused 34 states in the US to enact changes in laws
governing condominiums so as to require setting up reserve savings
funds adequate to enable payment for replacement and maintenance of
common property elements. We are interested in finding references to
identify and describe typical examples of financial failures due to
inadequate reserve funds.
