This seems to have been written in 1998:
"...deferral of income for tax purposes is limited to
$10,000 for 1998 and will rise in subsequent years.
(Slightly higher amounts are possible for employees
who have worked more than 15 years for certain
institutions such as schools and hospitals.)
The $10,000 limitation applies to all CODAs
collectively in which a particular employee
participates."

This seems to be current:
"The Tax Relief and Reconciliation Act raised
the limits on IRAs and 401(K) plans. Annual
pre-tax contributions to a 401(K) plan will
increase to as much as $15,000 by 2006.
Presently, the maximum contribution to a
401(K) plan is $10,500. Also, the amount of
annual pay on which total contributions are
based would rise to $200,000 from $170,000."
