I am trying to find retail or wholesale sources for Edison screw
bases, preferably in the US. These are the threaded metal caps on the
ends of incandescent light bulbs that allow them to be screwed into a
light fixture. My own searching has turned up many light bulb
manufacturers, but no sources for any components used in constructing
light bulbs.

I did find that Edison screw bases, which come in many sizes, have
designations such as “E27”, which is the size I am most interested in
locating. I would have thought this would be an easy thing to find,
but I haven’t had any luck yet.
