Hi Stocks!

Searching Google on [ Cisco competitors list ] took me to
BradReece.com, a supplier of Cisco Systems equipment:

BradReese.com
http://www.bradreese.com/site-map.htm

He links to a comprehensive list of Cisco's competitors at Yahoo
Finance. The list includes the companies' names, ticker symbols,
stock information and links to individual Yahoo profiles for each
company:

Communications Equipment Companies
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/comeqpconameu.html

A similar listing is available at Hoover's Online Business
Information, listing the company name, and linking to brief profiles:

Computer Hardware - Networking & Communication Devices
http://www.hoovers.com/industry/description/0,2205,8140,00.html

A more detailed listing of Cisco's competitors, including complete
financials, is also available at Hoover's, but you must either
subscribe or have access through your local public library or place of
employment. Check with your favorite librarian or IT professional for
access:

Hope this helps!

Am looking more for those companys attacking csco from Asia. cisco's
CEO john Chambers in a speach stated that he felt his biggest threat
was from competition form Asia, I am trying to break it down to maybe
4 companys that are leaders in Asia in Network Routing equipment.

Hello again,

As EQ notes below, Huawei is THE company in this sector to put the
fear of the almighty stock market into Cisco CEO Steve Chambers. With
fiscal 2001 sales of $3,100 million 22,000 employees, Huawei is
China's largest manufacturer of telecommunicationss equipment,
including network routers and data switches. (Private)

Similarly diverse and more successful, Japan's Hitatchi has its
fingers in the networking pie, showing 2002 sales of $60,104 million
