Thank you for your question, but unfortunately, I think the news I
have may be bad. If the paint is water based, you may be able to use
a mild solution of warm water and soap to loosen it up enough to
remove the paint. Since all leather is dyed, any strong cleaning
agent will have a very good chance of staining the leather by removing
some of the dye.
If the paint is latex paint, you can try windex with ammonia in it.
Another option would be baby oil.
If neither of these options work, your best bet will be to contact a
professional cleaner.
