Who knows?  It could be.  The tube is black with gold initials MF on
it.  However, the label on the bottom reads "Leading Lady Pink" 1045
Rose Vedette.  In tinier letters:  Procter & Gamble Distr., Hunt
Valley, MD

Yes, it is a Max Factor lipstick (Rose Vedette is only a type, or a
series, which I found to have to do only with MF cosmetics).
