I downloaded a driver for Olympusis' page called autoconndriv_win98SE
when I try
to install it gives me a message "Because restrictions set up on your
computer operation was cancelled.... Help

Could you possibly tell us the exact text of the error message, and
how you went about trying to install the driver?  The message you've
described is a bit ambiguous, and I think we'll have better luck
diagnosing a problem if we know:

1.  What device the driver is for
2.  How you've downloaded and installed it
3.  Exactly the error message you receive when trying to install it.

The only driver I can find for this camera to use on a win98se
platform is from Olympus web page. It's called "autoconndriv_win98SE"
I downloaded this exe and when I tried to install it I got the message
"because of restrictions on yuor computor autoconndriv_win98SE could
not be installed operation terminated"

The driver is 102K. Please check if your downloaded file is of the
same size. You may also try downloading the file again and try
installing it. (If you may have tried this already, please ignore!)
