Apologies for the long time before responding. Do you mean "German
stocks" as German company stocks or the owners of the stocks being
German?

It's not German, but Boca Resorts (Ticker: RST) chairman Mr. Huizenga
bought $24 million worth of stock in his own company in October. Mr.
Johnson, a board member, also spent $9 million. The p:b is 0.84

Date Name Transaction Num Shares Price(s) Value
 10/14/02 HUIZENGA H WAYNE JR Purchased 300,000 $9.90 $3 Mil
 10/14/02 JOHNSON GEORGE D JR Purchased 900,000 $9.90 $9 Mil
 10/10/02 HUIZENGA H WAYNE JR Purchased 2 Mil $9.87 $21 Mil

I'm not sure which is more important to you, the company being German,
or the other criteria.
