Would this by chance have been "Red Top Taxi" or "Red Fox Taxi"
company? If so I have contact information for both of them if this
would be a sufficient answer. If you'd like to accept this as a
potential answer I fully understand if you'd like to reconsider the
price of your question and adjust it down accordingly since it does
not actually provide you with the commercial you are seeking.

Just let me know and I will post it as an answer if you want me to.

I will accept any information you may have at this time.  My father is
94 and I would really like to find this for him soon.   At one point I
contacted a radio station who had no idea what I was talking about or
who I should talk to.

I hope one of these may be what remains of the “Red Cab/Red Taxi”
company you are speaking of and someone there can give you what you
are seeking. Even though you have indicated that these contact numbers
would suffice as an answer, I will continue to see what I can do about
finding more information in an effort to help you get your father the
recording he is looking for if it still exists. As you know, many of
these early recordings were done on reel-to-reel tape that does not
survive age very well. Hopefully someone has reproduced it to a better
form of storage for posterity sake.
