The best way to find nursing homes in a particular city is to use one
of the excellent "yellow pages"-like websites.

I went to the SuperPages site (www.superpages.com) and searched for
"Nursing & Life Care Homes" in Wilsonville, OR. They resulting page
listed 8 businesses:

According to CMS (The Federal Government Who Licenses Nursing Homes). 
There are no Nursing Homes within Wilsonville, OR.  In fact 2 out of the 3
listed are either computer or service related companies and not nursing homes. 
The 3rd listed is an assisted living, not qualified as a nursing home.

There are however, 10 nursing homes available in Washington County (Where
Wilsonville is located), and another 10 available in Clackamas County, and
can be found by using the CMS's nursing home compare site  medicare.gov.
