What is the meaning of the bird song "narimi narimi" in Amos Oz's "The Same Sea" ?

I have seen an indication in a review of this work that the song is
meant to be musical rather than literary. Would a quotation from this
review be a sufficient answer?

I am aware of the musical connotation of the word "narimi", but I want
to know what language and the its exact meaning. I have already read
the review. :-(
